It’s with great honor to announce that we have crossed yet another milestone in the history of Southwest Escrow Corporation. This year marks the 85th year of operations for us and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve all accomplished together.

Not only have we risen up to become one of the most reputable escrow corporations in California, but we’ve taken great pride in investing back into our industry and by paying it forward with our community charity initiatives.

​

Without the dedicated support and caring of our amazing staff, none of this would have ever been possible. I smile as I have stated before "how blessed I am as a community member and business owner” – which is still so true today.

​

A lot has changed and evolved in the past year… we’ve seen firsthand the outcomes of our efforts from making a positive impact in the lives of our community. Our programs have continued to provide a true understanding of what the escrow industry is all about and we’ve seen our community go on to lead amazing careers – all while building long-standing business relationships.

​

And finally, we are so very grateful to our clients who have put trust in us to provide them with the right service for their businesses, who also have empowered us to present new ideas, technology, and software to them so they can provide a sustainable living for themselves and their families. Their demands, challenges and feedback have pushed us to go forward and improve on how we operate. Not only have they made us a part of their lives, but they have also helped us reach out to more who need our services.

85 years… wow, when it comes down to it – I guess it’s really just days and hours of time. But for us, it’s what we can do with that time that really matters and I’m very excited to see what the next years to come will bring!
